Shipping Policy

Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1–3 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Times:
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• UK & Europe: 4–10 working days after dispatch  
• USA & International: 4–10 working days after dispatch  

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and not guaranteed.

Tracking:
Tracking information is provided once your order has been dispatched. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear.

Delays:
Due to high demand, international shipping, and factors outside of our control (including customs processing and courier delays), delivery times may occasionally be extended.

Customers acknowledge and accept these shipping timeframes at the time of purchase.

Non-Delivery Claims:
Orders that are still within the stated delivery timeframe are considered in transit and not lost. Claims for non-delivery cannot be accepted while the order is still within this timeframe.
