14-Day Return Policy
At Deenstack, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Customers have 14 days after receiving their order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and unopened

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that have been:

Used or damaged by the customer
Shipping Delays
While we aim to deliver all orders within the expected timeframe, delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside of our control such as:

In these cases, refunds will not be issued for shipping delays.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the item you have first, and once your return is approved, place a new order for the desired product.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.
The item must still be:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Incorrect Address
If a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we cannot guarantee delivery and refunds will not be issued.
Please ensure your address details are correct before placing your order.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, we cannot make changes or cancel the order.
If you no longer want the item, you may return it after delivery in accordance with our return policy.
